Step 1: Log in to Your Frogfoot Rise Profile

Visit our website and log into your profile.

Step 2: Check Your ISP & Link Status

Go to Order Tracking to see:

  • Your current ISP
  • Your connection status
Step 3: Cancel Your Current ISP
  • Navigate to Recharge
  • Select “Cancel Recharge” if you have any unpaid recharges
  • Click on Cancel Service
  • Confirm your cancellation
Step 4: Choose a New ISP & Stay Connected
  • Go to Browse Package and select the package from the available ISPs
Step 5: Confirm Your New ISP Order
  • Go to Order Tracking
  • Your order will show as “Pre-Order” with your new ISP
  • Your new ISP will accept your order
  • Once accepted, you will be prompted to pay for your service
